After spending yesterday at Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula it has me thinking of homes overlooking the Ocean. Oh how I'd love a house there...The second house is on the market for $US23 Million
in case anyone has a bit of change.
How amazing is that kitchen window and view. Imagine having breakfast there or sipping a glass of wine after a long day at the beach.....
